Our Terms

A £10.00 cheque deposit per night per room must be paid prior to arrival. The balance must be paid in cash or cheque. Payment by cheque requires a valid cheque guarantee card.

Car Parking

Vehicles left in our private parking area are the responsibility of the guest.

Non-Smoking Policy

Hanwell House is a strictly non-smoking establishment. Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms.

Children and Pets

We have two cats of our own – Buster and Daisy and these are the only animals allowed at Hanwell House.
