Special Offer for June

All rooms for single occupancy have a special offer during June - book three nights get the fourth night at half price.  If you wish to book a room you cannot use this special offer online but must call Jan directly on 01295 263001 or 07730 338308 or e-mail her at: hanwell.house@gmail.com and quote "Special Offer for June"

Longer Let Bookings

For those guests who have to work away from home between Monday and Friday we offer special terms and hope that we can work within your budgets.  Please call Jan on 01295 263001 or 07730 338308 and let her know how long you will be staying and what your budget is.  She will do everything she can to help you.  You are also very welcome to use a shelf in the fridge so that you can keep food that you need during the week

Our Terms

A £10.00 cheque deposit per night per room must be paid prior to arrival. The balance must be paid in cash or cheque. Payment by cheque requires a valid cheque guarantee card.

Cancellation of Bookings

If you need to cancel your booking and your booking has been made either by telephone or e-mail directly to Hanwell House then we are prepared to refund any deposit that has been made when cancellation takes place more than 48 hours prior to your arrival date

We now take Online Bookings.  If you need to cancel your booking there will be a cancellation charge of £10.00 when cancellation takes place less than 48 hours prior to your arrival date

We do now take debit and credit cards but have to charge a small amount extra to cover our costs

Car Parking

Vehicles left in our private parking area are the responsibility of the guest.

Non-Smoking Policy

Hanwell House is a strictly non-smoking establishment. Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms.

Children and Pets

We have two cats of our own – Phoebe and Milo and these are the only animals allowed at Hanwell House.  We are also unable to take children under the age of 11 years
