With an emphasis on comfort and quality, Jan and Nigel welcome you to Hanwell House bed and breakfast Banbury, a modern three-storey home, boasting character and charm, quietly situated on the Hanwell Fields estate just off the Southam Road offering en-suite accommodation in a luxurious and comfortable environment. Hanwell House bed and breakfast is privately owned and operated with a beautiful landscaped garden, a fishpond and private parking for guests.

For all our guests we have a small library of general book titles, local guides, walking tours of Banbury, Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon and maps to enable you to make the most out of your stay with us.

B&B Located in 'Banburyshire'

Located in the heart of ‘Banburyshire’ Hanwell House bed and breakfast  is well placed for visits to the Cotswolds, Warwick Castle and the historic sites of Stratford-upon-Avon, Royal Leamington Spa and Oxford, yet only about an hour from London – by train or car and many other local places of interest

In addition we are around 20 minutes drive away from the famous Silverstone Racing Circuit where they hold the Moto GP in June 2011 and the Formula 1 Grand Prix in July 2011 and only ten minutes from the English Civil War Battlefields of Cropredy Bridge and Edgehill. Cropredy is also home to the renowned Fairport Convention music festival every year in August.

Great location on the North side of Banbury

Situated on the north side of Banbury, Hanwell House b and b is only a few minutes from junction 11 of the M40. We are approximately ten minutes from the Town Centre with the Oxford canal running past the Castle Quay shopping mall, Market Square with regular markets every Thursday and Saturday and Farmers Markets, railway station with fast trains to Birmingham, Oxford and London and regular bus service.
